Hello there! As promised, today I am back with a 5 minute project I finished up this past weekend for the playroom. Yesterday, I shared some of my inspiration for the decor and after eyeing super cute playrooms on Pinterest for awhile, I couldn’t wait to get started on the main wall of ours. This little “fun” arrow made a home on the main wall and I will be sharing the full gallery wall later this week (I hope!). It is about 95% complete 🙂
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 – Gather Materials
Silhouette Cameo (or other die cutting machine
gold vinyl
arrow & speech bubble noticeboard set (I used the arrow & am saving the speech bubble for another day)
2 – Select font in the Silhouette studio and cut “fun” using machine
3 – Peel off each letter & place on the arrow
4 – Hang on wall & admire!
The arrow has a metal ring at each end on the back to hang on a nail. The whole project literally took me 5 minutes! If you don’t have a craft cutting machine, you could easily trace the letters out with a stencil and cut them out by hand on the adhesive vinyl. It would take a bit longer, but would work just as well. I do love my Silhouette though 🙂
It is the first bit of bling to make its way into the littles’ playroom and I love it! Another bonus, the biggest now knows how to spell f-u-n…FUN!
Are you into word art as much as I am? What is your favorite 5 minute project? Please share!
