This is such a quick and easy recipe! It probably takes 30 seconds to make and the only part that takes 30 seconds is the unpacking of the ingredients!

The dips and appetizers I tend to make the most are the ones where I can pull a few ingredients from the refrigerator or pantry just before my guests are about to arrive. No loading the littles into the car seats and then in the grocery store only to haul them out of the store and back into the car and realize I forgot something on my list.

My favorite recipes have quickly become ones where I almost always have the ingredients on-hand at all times!

Now… I can’t tell you exaaaactly how many people this dip will serve because I usually end up eating at least half of it myself.

The Raspberry Chipotle Sauce gives it this smoky, sweet flavor with a hint of heat and the blueberries add a touch of tartness. All of it is balanced out with the undeniably yummy taste of cream cheese. Something that is hard for me to keep out of my recipes!

I first thought of this idea when I was hosting an in-store DIY event at World Market. They had wine and appetizer tastings going on in-store right next to where I was set-up. They poured this Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over little sausages and put them on toothpicks.

I loved the flavor and knew I could use it in so many different ways. And when I pictured the red sauce over the white cream cheese, I instantly thought how perfect a few added blueberries would be.

The perfect red, white and blue appetizer! I love a good a 4th of July party idea! You know…because I’m all about color-coordinating 😉
