10 Beauty Favorites

I thought it would be fun to switch things up and share a few of my favorite beauty items! These are the tried and true makeup products I’ve used for years and continue to be a part of my daily routine! Whether you need a quick 5 minute routine or a full face for a night out, these products can be applied. Today, I’m sharing 10 Beauty Favorites that I use and love!

Let me first start out by saying that I am by no means a beauty expert, but I do enjoy playing around with makeup. And as a SAHM/WFHM, getting dolled up for date night or GNO is a treat!

This isn’t an all-inclusive list of everything I use, but these items definitely make up the majority of the products I grab for everyday!

|| CONCEALER ||

ENGRAVABLE BANGLE || BEADED BRACELET || JEANS || SLIPPERS || TILE

Hands down, the best concealer I’ve tried over the years! I apply the tarte Shape Tape Concealer with the sponge it comes with or with one from this set. This concealer gives great coverage for under-eye circles and any blotchiness.

I use the color Light Medium.

|| TINTED MOISTURIZER ||

Beauty staple!

This is so great to use when you want a light coverage for day-time. This DAYLIGHT Radiance Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 32 with LSR10® gives your face a little color, great moisture and a little glow. It also has SPF 32 in it, so you can wear be out in the sun and still be protected.

This is what I put on to wear to the gym and to the pool when I don’t want to wear a lot of makeup, but still want some coverage or at least an even skin tone.

I wear shade “Light” in the most of the year and “Medium” in the Summer.

|| FOUNDATION || 

I often try new foundations, but have gone back to this one time and time again. This Bobbi Brown Longwear Weightless foundation is for a medium to full coverage and it’s also buildable which I love.

I also really like this one for a lighter, more dewy look.

Both have SPF in them!

|| BROW GEL || 

I feel completely naked without my brows done, so after I apply my brow pencil [below] I use this gel to hold them in place. It has a little wand so you can brush them into the shape you want and it stays!

 I use shade “Dark“.

Beautycounter is such an awesome beauty brand! Their products are clean and safe and excellent quality! I use so many of their products I could probably do an entire round-up of my Beautycounter favorites!

|| BROW PENCIL ||

I’ve used this e.l.f. pencil for YEARS and it’s only $2. You can get it at any drugstore or Target, who actually has a spend $40 on beauty, makeup and skincare, get $10 with code “BEAUTY” right now!

It’s dual-ended so one side you can brush and shape with one side and fill in with the other. I use shade Deep Brown.

|| BRONZER || 

Bronzer is like the icing on the cake. It’s the finishing touch! I like to add a few swipes of this matte radiance baked powder bronzer to give a nice warm glow and to also help match my face to the rest of my body. Since I always use a on of sunscreen on my face, it can appear lighter than the rest of my body sometimes!

I always keep bronzer in my purse, car and pool bag to because with a few brush strokes, it gives your face a touch of color if you need a little pick me up!

I use shade “Bronze – 03“.

|| LONGWEAR LIP GLOSS ||

I love matte lipstick, so when I discovered EVER’s FOREVER longwear liquid lip color I had to try it! I love how smooth it goes on and it’s not drying at all [which some mattes can  be]. The color “SWIPE” is my favorite – it’s the perfect light beige nude with a hint of pink. It’s a great everyday color.

I also love our FLASH Power Plumping lip gloss in Sugar Nude 🙂 

|| CONTOUR KIT ||

I don’t contour my face everyday, but when I do, I want SIMPLE. This easy, 3-step contour kit by Smashbox is perfect for me! It’s straightforward and I love the brush it comes with.

|| CHEEK HIGHLIGHTER ||

ENGRAVABLE BANGLE || SPIKE BRACELET || JEANS || SLIPPERS || TILE

This Golden pink super-silky highlighter gives the prettiest glow! I use a round brush to apply it to along my cheekbones, especially on the roundest tip of my cheeks.

This other favorite highlighter is great for your brow bone and the corner of your eyes.

|| MAKEUP BRUSH ||

This angled foundation brush is part of this 16 make-up brush set that I first shared in one of my Favorite Amazon Purchases posts. They are great brushes at an awesome price – only $9.99 for all 16!
